A 43-year-old Sun Valley man has been charged with two felonies in connection with a vehicle rollover in Elkhorn in September that led to three men being flown by emergency helicopter to a Boise hospital.

According to Blaine County court records, two counts of aggravated DUI were filed Oct. 28 against Robert Douglas Logan, who was allegedly driving a green 2003 Jeep SUV that crashed the evening of Sept. 16 on Elkhorn Road near its intersection with Horseshoe Road.

Logan and passengers Byron Skinner, 43, of Utah, and Andrew Krajcik, 35, of Oregon, were transported following the accident to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, from where they have since been released.

Sun Valley police reported that it took nearly four weeks for blood-alcohol test results to be received after the accident. According to police, Logan tested .155 blood alcohol, nearly double the legal limit of .08.

Logan was not arrested, but instead has been issued a felony summons ordering him to appear in Blaine County Magistrate Court for an initial court appearance on Nov. 16.
