A jury trial has been set for March 2, 2010, in the case of a 44-year-old Bellevue woman accused of stealing from her Ketchum employer.

Terri L. Sanders was arraigned on four felony charges—two counts of grand theft and two counts of forgery—Monday morning in Blaine County 5th District Court. She is accused of stealing several thousand dollars from her former employer, Espinoza Flooring, in 2006.

Judge Robert J. Elgee advised Sanders at Monday's hearing that each crime is punishable by up to 14 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.

Sanders, who was a sales associate and bookkeeper for Espinoza Flooring, pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The trial is expected to last four days. Sanders remains free on her own recognizance. She is represented by Hailey attorney Kevin Cassidy.
