In a Sunday tripleheader full of walk-off thrillers, Eric Stumpner (4 hits, 2 runs) ripped a 2-run double giving the Snappers the victory. The game went back and forth all day, with multiple lead changes. The Snappers tallied 3 runs in the ninth to tie the game, then the Yaquis pushed across 1 run in the top of the 11th to go ahead 14-13, until Stumpner's blast ended it. Snappers: Nic Nottingham 2 hits (triple) and 2 runs, Paul Creighton 3 runs, Jeff Poggi 3 hits and Matt Zachary (3 hits, 2-run triple). Sharing the pitching for the Snappers were starter Tyler Corrock, Bradley and winning pitcher Poggi with a five-inning stint.

Coors Light Cyclones 22, Yaquis de Obregon 1 (7 innings)

The Cyclones pushed across 10 runs in their 14-batter first at-bats. Ripping RBI hits in the big frame were Kenny Nelson (3 hits, 3 runs), Anthony Anderson (3 hits, double, 3 runs), T.J. Peterson (3 hits, triple), Bryan Burrell, Kevin Rust (2 runs), Matt Nelson (2 hits, double) and Ryan Stavros (3 hits, 2 doubles, 2 runs). Winning pitcher was Anthony Anderson. Another big Cyclones contributor was Jesse Deckard (3 hits, 5 runs).

Coors Light Cyclones 8, Waxroom Snappers 7

Justin Herald (3 hits, 2 RBI) hit a walk-off double scoring Kevin Rust (2 hits) with the game winner, after the Snappers had tied the game 7-7 in the top of the ninth. Winning pitcher was Kenny Nelson (2 hits). Cyclones leadoff hitter Ryan Stavros (double) added 2 hits for the winners. Snappers: Nic Nottingham 2 hits (double) and 3 runs, Jim Bradley 2 hits.

Righthander Brian Nelson tossed the complete game shutout victory.

College baseball pitcher Pat Patterson won another game for the Snappers and Jeff Lewallen had the game-winning RBI.
