Boulder Mountain Bike Tour wraps up Galena Lodge's summer Sept. 13

Dating back 30 years, the Boulder Mountain Bike Tour is a tradition where cyclists ride from Ketchum to Galena Lodge 23 miles north of town. In recent years the casual ride has coincided with the final day of the summer season for Galena Lodge. This Sunday, Sept. 13, is the date. There will be aid stations, sag wagons and shuttles back to town, if you need them. Best of all, it's free.

Road bikers leave Ketchum with a police escort out of town on Sunday at 10 a.m. It is suggested that mountain bikers leave the Sawtooth National Recreation Area headquarters eight miles north of Ketchum about 9 a.m. and take the Harriman Trail up to the lodge. Have some fun Sunday and enjoy food specials and entertainment waiting at the lodge!
