Project is on track

In response to the Mountain Express article and numerous questions we have been asked regarding the Independence project near Sun Valley, the reason we put the property on the market was we felt that if any individuals want to buy the entire 850-acre parcel, they should know it is for sale. This does not mean that we have decided to stop moving forward in developing the property. In fact, we are on the agenda with the city of Sun Valley in October. We will fully address the city's concerns over road grades and fire protection and look forward to presenting our solutions at the meeting.

We also want to thank everyone who has been supportive of this development process, as we know change and forward thinking is hard to come by in this valley. We look forward to continuing our project to deliver a small number of exclusive home sites combined with 750 acres of clean land that will be donated for the public for all to enjoy, while creating jobs and infusing capital into our community.
