Buy supplies for schoolchildren

Once again, the school year is fast approaching and our local Kiwanis organization will be collecting school supplies for the Blaine County School District. Our theme this year is "Stuff the Bus." Lists may be found at King's, Jane's, Albertsons and Atkinsons'.

We could also use backpacks, so this year when you are back-to-school shopping please think of buying something extra to stuff in our boxes. They will be located at banks and grocery stores, and if you would like to request a box or have any questions, please call Kim Baker at 727-7408. If you are interested in sending a gift of money, you may send it to Kiwanis, Box 901, Hailey, ID 83333.

We work closely with the school counselors to make sure they have the things they need. We thank you for your support! Have a happy and safe school year.
