The Community School in Sun Valley announced this week the creation of a new learning and experiential program for adults.

The Trail Creek Institute will feature evening adult learning sessions, seminars, films discussion groups and outdoor program excursions.

The Community School, a private school for grades K-12, announced in a news release that the purpose of the Trail Creek Institute is to "engage a broad range of community members in an intellectually stimulating and collaborative learning culture." The school reported that the institute will "generate part-time jobs, give people and businesses exposure in our greater community and open up our campus and resources to a larger range of people and organizations."

The school has scheduled three six-week evening sessions for adults at the Trail Creek campus. They will run from Oct. 5 through Nov. 13, from Jan. 25 through March 6 and from April 12 through May 14.
