The grand opening of Ketchum’s new Community Children’s Garden on Thursday proved a hotbed of enthusiastic future horticulturists. The garden, located on Campus Way behind Hemingway Elementary School, will be used by participants in the Atkinson Park Youth Recreation Program. “The garden is one of the department’s low-cost volunteer-driven projects under development this summer,” said Jen Smith, superintendent of the Ketchum Parks & Recreation Department.
