'Fowl' Weather For A Trapshoot

Reminiscent of wet days in duck hunting season, the rainy weather was “fowl” but the spirits were fairly good for gunners June 13-14 when the Hailey/Bellevue Ducks Unlimited group staged a weekend fun shoot at Wood River Gun Club south of Bellevue. Trapshooters toed the line for 200 targets each day and toasted their successes. Wearing their foul-weather gear are, from left, Brent Anderson, Fred Anderson, Dave Arnaiz, Zach Sewell and Cole Balis. High overall shooter in the individual trapshoot totals was Juan Goitiandia with 387 out of 400 possible targets. Top junior with 356/400 was Dillion Begley. Express photo by Willy Cook
