Vintner Dinner Delights Food Lovers



Ginger Shields, assistant manager of the Roosevelt Grille in Ketchum, presents the third course of the Roosevelt’s Friday evening vintner dinner for the third annual Sun Valley Food & Wine Festival. Chefs served a fire-grilled rack of lamb finished with jalapeno mint pesto with rosemary roasted red bliss potatoes and baby spring asparagus brushed with smoked red pepper butter with a 2006 Magito “Panorama Blend” and a 2007 Meadowcroft “Napa Reserve” Zinfandel. The dinner was interrupted by a power outage from a storm, thereby creating a romantic evening for diners. Express Photo by Willy Cook
