Ann Sharrai, 84, a resident of Riverridge Care Facility in Twin Falls, passed away Friday, May 1, 2009.

Ann was born Nov. 25, 1924, in Rapid City, S.D., to James Henry and Anne Baldwin. She married Oscar Clarence Sharrai on Oct. 6, 1945. They lived in Twin Falls until 1963, then moved to Nevada, finally setting in Battle Mountain. They owned a construction company until his death in 1979. She moved back to Twin Falls to be closer to family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Jerry. She is survived by daughter Vivian (Ron) Ivie, of Bellevue; son Richard Allan (Tammy) Sharrai, of Two Harbors, Minn.; sister, Viola (Lee) Regan, of Twin Falls; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She loved to garden, grow roses and travel with her daughter. No services are planned, per her request.
