Please join us in supporting Paul Bates' candidacy for the Blaine County School Board's Zone 4 seat on Tuesday May 19. As Paul's neighbors for over 16 years, we have found Paul to be an enthusiastic supporter of public education, just as we have been. He is the father of two children currently attending Blaine County public schools. Paul has always been involved at the ground level of education as a parent volunteer, most recently with the Wood River Middle School PTA. Paul believes in genuine public input and transparency among the administration, the school board, the district staff and the public. We believe that as a member of the board of trustees, Paul will work well with others, be an active listener and ensure to the best of his abilities that all children will not only attend quality facilities but also receive top-quality instruction and curriculum from preschool through high school.
