Whither KB's?

While I was standing out in the cold in front of the Ketchum KB's Burritos recently during its closing-night party—by the way, our fabulous local band, 4 Stroke Bus, deserves a medal for braving the cold as they played past 8 pm in front of KB's, adjacent to a broken heat lamp—I began thinking of a possible new Ketchum location for it.

The two that sprang to mind immediately are either the old Mangos Restaurant building, or the old Burnsie's Boca building—both of them on east Fourth Street (across from Premier Cleaners). Either location would be perfect for KB's since both of them have been used in the past for various eateries over the years.

Right now that section of east Fourth Street (save for Premier Cleaners) desperately needs some new life along it, and KB's would be a terrific addition.
