Special Olympics a success

What a wonderful week we have just witnessed in Sun Valley!

Thanks for the tireless efforts by Jim and Pirie Grossman, Chip Fisher and all of the volunteers! Athletes from all corners of the world were here to compete in the true spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie. The joy in their hearts and the smiles on their faces as they showcased their talents are something that I will never forget. They are all so very special and a true gift to the world.

The sea of blue-and-white scarves at the venues and at the Michael Franti concert was in perfect harmony with the blue sky and white, puffy clouds. This was a week that I shall cherish forever. I feel so blessed to call this valley my home.
