A 34-year-old Colorado man remained listed as a patient Thursday at a Boise hospital after he was found unresponsive and not breathing Tuesday at a condominium in Elkhorn.

Sun Valley police identified the man as Nick Wilson, who was staying at a home at The Ranch condominium complex near the intersection of Elkhorn Road and the south entrance to the Morning Star Road loop.

Wilson was first taken by Ketchum Fire Department ambulance to St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center, where he was initially treated in the emergency room, before being flown by emergency helicopter to St. Luke's Boise Medical Center.

Ken Dey, a spokesman at St. Luke's in Boise, said Wilson is a patient in the coronary unit but that the man's family has not authorized release of any additional information.

"Basically all I can confirm is that he is here," Dey said. "I don't have any details on the condition at this point."

Sun Valley police were called to the home around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. Police Chief Cameron Daggett said Wilson had been staying for a short time at the home of David and Elsa Willis.

Daggett said the couple returned to their home that morning to check on Wilson because he had not been answering telephone calls.

"He was laying on the ground and was not breathing so they began CPR and called 911," Daggett said.

Ketchum Fire Department Chief Mike Elle said Wilson was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Daggett said there were no indications of foul play and the incident remains under investigation.
