Like They Were On Rails


Skiers took to the Wood River Valley’s bike paths last Saturday for the 2009 Ride The Rails event. Event organizer Janelle Conners from the Blaine County Recreation District estimated that as many as 300 people participated in the tour, which is designed as a celebration of the Wood River Trail. The weather cooperated with sunny skies and warm temperatures. “It was a really good turnout and a perfect day,” Conners said. Express photo by Willy Cook.
