We lost more

I was uncomfortable with the article in Friday's paper "Tributes to Friends We Lost in 2008." Yes, some of the people listed were my friends and I was glad to read about them, but each and every one of the people that passed in 2008 contributed to their family, friends and the valley in some way.

I suggest next year you write a column about the gifts given to us by all the people who passed during the year in a generalized way rather than subjectively choosing a few.
