Education Foundation Helps Another Teacher Buy a Home

Hemingway Elementary School teacher Brad Stansberry is the third Blaine County School District educator to receive assistance in purchasing a home from the district’s Education Foundation. Assistance through the foundation’s Teacher Magnet Fund is in the form of a $10,000 forgivable loan for a home down payment. Teachers who stay with the district for five years are not required to repay the money. The fund was formed to help draw teachers to the Wood River Valley, a task made difficult by high prices for houses.
