Paula's Pulls out Pomp

Express photo by David N. Seelig. St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center’s chief nursing officer, Sharon Kensinger, right, joined model Dee Alverson at a fashion show at Paula’s dress shop, recently relocated to Hailey after 30 years. Held last Thursday evening, Paula’s first fashion show and party in the new location was sponsored by St. Luke’s Wood River Volunteer Core, and attracted scads of women to enjoy champagne and treats and see what owner Paula Proctor was selling in her new space. “It was to promote excitement about the winter ball (to be held Saturday, Dec. 13),” Proctor said. “All three of the models work at St. Luke’s Wood River, and they looked darling.” The hair and makeup was done gratis by Shanon Christensen and Shellie Lard of Third Floor Salon, and Noelle Hodge.
