Winter bus service from Boise begins

Twice-daily bus service from Boise Airport to Sun Valley Inn

Sun Valley visitors flying into Boise Airport will have an easier time getting to and from Sun Valley this winter.

A new partnership among Sun Valley Resort, Sun Valley Stages and the Fly Sun Valley Alliance has created a twice-daily bus service from Boise Airport to the Sun Valley Inn. Service will begin Dec. 19 and run through March 30.

The first bus will depart Sun Valley Inn at 7:30 a.m. and arrive at Boise Airport at 10:30 a.m. Another bus will depart Sun Valley Inn at 10 a.m. and arrive at Boise Airport at 1 p.m. Return service will depart the Boise Airport at 1 p.m. and arrive at Sun Valley Inn at 4 p.m. Another bus will depart the Boise Airport at 3:30 p.m. and arrive at Sun Valley Inn at 6:30 p.m.

Cost of a one way ticket will be $50 and may be purchased in advance by calling (800) 574-8661 or (208) 733-3921, or online at www.sunvalleystages.com. Tickets may also be purchased on the bus depending on seat availability. Service is available to anyone.
