Wendy's above partisanship

At a time when partisan rancor echoes through our political system, a handful of our elected representatives work to demonstrate that bipartisan approaches lead to better government for everyone. Those are the candidates we must keep in office, people who represent everyone, regardless of political ideology. Wendy Jaquet is such a person. Over the past three years, I have worked with the smaller, rural communities of our basin, in places like Shoshone, Gooding and Haggerman. While undeniably more conservative than the Wood River Valley, the folks in those towns recognize the hard work Wendy has done for everyone in her district.

Wendy understands the needs of working family farms and ranches, which is why she is so highly regarded by the agricultural community. Recently, the Times-News in Twin Falls endorsed Wendy, calling her the most effective Democratic legislator in the state. Along with similar sentiments about Sen. Clint Stennett, that is an opinion with which most people in the district would concur. Re-elect Wendy Jaquet to the Idaho House, for all of Idaho.
