Burying Treasure In Ketchum?

Seelig Instead of gold doubloons, a crew from Joe’s Backhoe Service lowers a large concrete block, which will house an Idaho Power junction box, into the bowels of Fifth Street. A spokesman from the company said the new electrical equipment will help supply power to Warm Springs. The work, which has led to the closure of the street between First and Washington avenues, is scheduled for completion by the end of the month.
