The Community School goes camping


Students and staff at The Community School in Sun Valley make preparations Tuesday for their fall campout. Some 200 students, grades 6-12, along with 30 teachers and advisers leave today for two-day wilderness outings. The campers will be split into 14 groups, with a mix of age levels and advisers, to experience Idaho’s wilderness at various mountain lakes. The annual event helps children and teachers develop an "entirely different relationship afterwards," said Rob Landis, outdoor program coordinator. Express photo by Willy Cook
