Think before you erase

Perhaps the creators of the new single track outside of Hailey were wrong by not using the proper the channels our government would prefer. Perhaps it is an anarchistic statement about the current sanctioned process needed to create good single track. Perhaps the powers that be could look at the trail, see if it is good, ask the landowners whose property is uses if they mind, and monitor the trail for environmental impact instead of closing it to the public. It seems a waste to get rid of a good thing--assuming it's good.
