Firemen welcome 35 runners to 5k run

At Sweetwater June 21

As part of its June 21 Community Appreciation Day, the Hailey and Bellevue Volunteer Firefighters' Association (HBVFFA) held a 5-kilometer fun run, walk and stroll from the Sweetwater development through Woodside in Hailey.

Funds raised went to the burn out fund to assist local families victimized by fire, flood and other accidents. The Hailey and Bellevue departments have donated over $12,000 to victims in need over the past two years. Over 5k there were 35 runners. Results:
