Some guests at the Clarion Inn in Ketchum did not get a good night's sleep last Saturday.

Kim Rogers, spokeswoman for the Ketchum Police Department, said a man phoned the police at 2:56 a.m. to complain of excessive noise at the Main Street hotel.

Police were dispatched to the site, where they found 22-year-old Julianna K. Wright creating a scene, Rogers said. Rogers reported that Wright had broken a vanity, removed a television from the wall and thrown the set onto the floor.

Rogers said Wright was arrested for "malicious injury to property," "disturbing the peace" and "possession of an illegal substance." Wright was placed in custody and transported to the Blaine County Jail.

Court officials said Wright was arraigned on Monday, June 9. She was charged with "disturbing the peace" and "possession of marijuana."

Blaine County Magistrate Judge R. Ted Israel sentenced Wright to 90 days for possession of marijuana and 30 days for disturbing the peace. The judge suspended 88 days of the 90-day sentence and all 30 days of the second sentence.

"She was credited for the two days she served and then released," sheriff's Lt. Jay Davis said.
