A 57-year-old Ketchum woman has been charged with felony aggravated assault for allegedly threatening a gardener with a motor vehicle.

Mary Grace Feehan was arrested by Ketchum police on Tuesday, April 8, at a condominium complex in West Ketchum. Police were called to the complex at 1:35 p.m. after a property management supervisor told police that Feehan had allegedly tried to strike Carry Livingston, a 20-year-old Twin Falls man, with a vehicle.

"He was a gardener working for a property management company at the complex," said Ketchum police spokeswoman Kim Rogers. "Apparently there was an altercation."

Rogers said Feehan was arrested at the scene of the alleged crime and transported to the Blaine County Jail.

"Her charges are going to stick, and she's going to be prosecuted," Rogers said.

Feehan was formally charged with the crime on April 9 in Blaine County Magistrate Court. She was released from custody later that day after posting $5,000 bond. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 29.
