Galena’s Ride-Stride-Glide is Sunday

Season-ending triathlon

    The annual Galena Lodge Ride-Stride-Glide snow triathlon will be Sunday, April 6, starting at 9:30 a.m. to insure good snow conditions. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m.
    Galena Lodge’s season-ending fun event allows teams of three, or hearty solo racers, to compete in mountain biking, running and cross-country skiing, all on the famous Galena Lodge trail network.
    The total race distance will be approximately 14 kilometers. The mountain bike leg will be 5k, the run will be 3k and the ski portion will be 6k. Costumes are encouraged.    Cost is $30 per team and $15 for solo racers. It includes a post-race buffet. Prizes will be awarded to winning teams and solo racers. There will be beer and merchandise specials.
