James (Jim) L. Huntsman of Bellevue, Idaho, passed away on Feb. 1, 2008 at his home.
Jim joined the Army and spent most of his service in Europe. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict. After being honorably discharged from the Army, he traveled the southwestern states and eventually settled in Carey, Idaho. He met and married Marie in Hailey and shortly thereafter moved to Bellevue where he spent the rest of his life working in construction as a carpenter and spending time teaching his two boys about life.
As per his wishes, no services will be provided.
Jim is survived by his wife, Marie, and his two sons, Lowell of Bellevue and Mike (Sonja) of Hailey. He is also survived by two half-sisters, LaVon (Norman) Hoffarth and Cuma (Jim) Jameson, both of Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half-brother, Jack Harris, of Missouri.
Arrangements are under the care of Wood River Chapel of Hailey.
