Will America survive Bush?

The terrorists won. "W"(rong) and the Republicans are destroying American finances, values and families, as exhibited in your daily lives. Are you better off than seven years ago? The vast majority are not, nor is America. Today, we are just about to exceed $10 trillion in accumulated public debt, the dollar is crumbling, inflation is soaring, people are losing their houses and industries that support the Bush administration are seeing their profits explode—war profiteers, finance companies, drug companies and oil companies. I don't have any kids, but those who do are leaving their kids in a worse situation than ever because Democrats aren't impeaching Cheney/Bush. Will America survive Cheney/Bush? I'm not sure anymore.

Trapped consumers are falling prey to the credit card companies, which without restraint charge whatever interest they want, raping American consumers, who are encouraged by the government to spend, spend, spend to feed the never-satisfied greed of corporations. And if the load becomes too heavy and you flounder financially, the Republicans who controlled all three branches of government arranged that you will be accountable for every cent of debt by changing the bankruptcy laws. Medical expenses exceed your insurance (if you have any, that is)? No bankruptcy relief here either. Again the Republicans sided against humanity and changed the law so the broken health system can suck the life out of you and your family.

Then there are the oil companies and Cheney's secret energy meetings. Another failed Bush administration policy? Or is it? Isn't it interesting that the industry where the Bush administration has the most knowledge (and financial exposure) are reaping the greatest profits in history? Instead of helping us through the bottleneck in refineries everyone knew existed back in 2001, we have oil companies preying on consumers, as seen by their profits exceeding the economies of many nations.

For their next act of economic pillage against the citizens of America, the Republicans actually passed a law that forbids Medicare from bargaining for lower prices with the drug companies who themselves are enjoying record profits as well. Once again, the Republicans sided against humanity with the lovers of money, which is considered the root of all evil. These are now historical events without question.

Surely, the Republicans expose themselves to whom they really serve by their actions. America, by the people and for the people doesn't exist anymore. Want more? Vote Republican.
