We miss the valley already

For visa-related and other reasons, my wife and myself went back to Germany. We are now at the northern end of the Black Forest, about 6.700 miles east of the Wood River Valley and maybe five miles south of the 49th Parallel, which runs through Karlsruhe and defines the border between the U.S.A. and Canada.

We want you to know how much we like living in the beautiful Wood River Valley, with its wonderful people. We plan to come back Feb. 20, missing most of the winter. We wish you all Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year 2008.
