Report wildlife on the road

If you are concerned about the wildlife you see trying to cross the highway, or the unfortunate ones seen in the road, there is something you can do about it. Please attend the talk "Report Wildlife on the Road" at The Community Library Thursday, Nov. 1, at 6 p.m.

Angela Kociolek of the University of Montana will present a guide to using the Wildlife on the Road Web site, and ways to minimize encounters between cars and the animals that share our valley. Angela is currently conducting the field component of the wildlife-vehicle collision reduction study on state Highway 75 here in Blaine County.

The event is free.
