Quality political leaders are a rarity. Blair Boand, running for re-election to the Sun Valley City Council, is one of those rare ones. Blair is deeply com- mitted to the well-being of the city and has put countless (if not thankless) hours in fulfillment of his duties as a council member.

He is experienced in development issues, having served for four years on the city Planning and Zoning Commission before being elected to the council. City government decision-makers need to understand the myriad of development issues that our community is confronted with and Blair does.

Blair supports affordable housing and cooperation between the cities, something we should see more of in Blaine County. Moreover, his record demonstrates that he has been a prudent steward of the taxpayer's money. Detail-oriented and meticulous, our region needs dedicated leaders like Blair. I would strongly urge the voters of Sun Valley to cast their vote for Blair Boand.
