SV5B swimmers nabbed gold 23 times this past weekend during the annual "Spook Splash" Idaho Falls Invitational.
Besides the first-place results, they finished off the weekend with seven second-place finishes and eight bronze in specific age-group placings.
SV5B kids competed among 300 athletes from Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Utah.
Kaedi Fry, 10, snagged six golds. Taylor Coiner, 15, and Lena Friesen, 12, won five gold apiece. Racheal McGinnis, 16, set pool records in the 100 free and 50 free. Megan Hayes, 16, set a meet record in 100 back.
Relay highlights included the 14-under boys 200 free relay team of Sean Sutton, JT Sutton, Forrest Davis and Adam Potts. They won first with a time of 1:55.87, setting a new meet record. The same foursome placed third in the 200 medley relay.
The 14-under girls 200 free relay squad of Elizabeth Fry, Audry Brassil, Chrystal Tullis and Friesen captured fourth. In 18-under girls, Racheal McGinnis, Megan Hayes, Natalie Hague and Taylor Coiner captured the 200 medley relay.
