USA Grappling likes a good fight

Five members of ultimate fighting champion Lee Anderson's fight academy USA Grappling will showcase their skills at Ultimate Cage Fighting III, a mixed martial arts competition Saturday in Twin Falls at the College of Southern Idaho Expo Center. Levi Crandall, Aric Iverson and Houston Shaw, who won their first fights at the first UCF venue. Crandall will try to improve his record to 2-0 at UCF III. Other USA Grappling fighters who will debut at the event are Mike Coehle, Juan Ortiz, Jason Stafford and Stormy Matea. At right, Anderson's children, 13-year-old Storm and 8-year-old Amelia, will compete in December at the first annual Idaho State Jiu Jitsu Championship. Anderson started the Hailey-based fighting academy to teach boxing, martial arts and wresting skills to adults and children alike.
