District court arraignment has been delayed for a California professional photographer who is accused of lewd conduct with two Ketchum sisters.
Ketchum attorney Andrew Parnes appeared in Blaine County 5th District Court Monday morning and requested a continuance on behalf of his client, 42-year-old Christopher Scott Honeysett, who has been charged with two felony counts of lewd conduct with a minor child under 16.
District Court Judge Robert J. Elgee granted the continuance and rescheduled the matter for 9 a.m. on Nov. 19.
Honeysett is accused of engaging in sex acts with the sisters, ages 14 and 15, on the evening of Aug. 9 on the roof of the Jones Building at the corner of Fourth and Main streets in downtown Ketchum.
Court records say that Honeysett, a San Francisco artistic photographer, was in Ketchum at the time displaying his photographs at the Sun Valley Center Arts and Crafts Festival.
Honeysett waived a magistrate court preliminary hearing in September and the case was transferred to district court for further proceedings.
Honeysett remains free on $100,000 bond.
