Support Helzel

Ketchum is a town in transition. The current City Council has set out a plan for the town's future. It now needs people with financial, managerial and organizational skills to move forward. Larry Helzel is such a person. His entire career has been in the investment business and since moving to this valley he has volunteered his financial expertise to numerous local organizations. Now he is offering them to the city.

Larry Helzel wants to diversify the economy by supporting small business formation and encouraging new hotels that will expand tourism beyond the ski industry. He wants to implement the Downtown Master Plan and build workforce housing to create a vibrant city center.

Larry Helzel has no conflicts of interest. He is not a developer, rancher or business owner. He is motivated only by his love of the community, and he has the business skills to bring about the revitalization that Ketchum needs.
