Be smart, consumers

Fellow citizens, please take notice that the recycling program in our valley only accepts plastics No. 1 and No. 2. Equally as important, take note of the to-go containers local businesses use. Now, use your power as a consumer by asking those grocers, restaurateurs and other business owners who are using containers other than No. 1 and No. 2 plastics to help keep our valley as green as possible by switching to plastics that can be recycled locally.
