A California professional photographer accused of lewd conduct with two underage sisters waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday and was ordered to stand trial in Blaine County 5th District Court.

Arraignment for Christopher Scott Honeysett was scheduled for 9 a.m. on Oct. 22 before District Court Judge Robert J. Elgee. Honeysett, a 42-year-old San Francisco artistic photographer, is charged with two counts of lewd conduct with a minor child under 16.

Honeysett is accused of engaging in sex acts with the girls, Ketchum residents ages 14 and 15, on the evening of Aug. 9 on the roof of the Jones Building at the corner of Fourth and Main streets in downtown Ketchum.

Honeysett remains free on $100,000 bond.

He was in Ketchum at the time of the alleged incident displaying his photographs at the Sun Valley Center Arts and Crafts Festival. Court records state that the alleged victims were volunteers at the festival who were helping Honeysett with his booth.
