John Rade, Wood River High School assistant athletic director, announced late Tuesday that schedule changes have been made for the Great Basin Conference West high school baseball tournament that started Thursday.
Tournament games earlier set for 4:30 p.m. have been changed to start at 5 p.m.
Wood River, seeded #3, played #2 seeded Jerome Thursday in Jerome, while #1 seeded Minico played host to #4 seeded Burley.
Second round games will be played today at 5 p.m. Winners will play winners and losers will play losers. The teams with the highest seedings will host.
Play will continue Saturday between the winner of the loser-loser game and the loser of the winner-winner game
The district championship game is set for Monday at 5 p.m. A second game will be played at 5 p.m. on Tuesday if necessary.
