Bad day for troops

I read in the Express that Rep. Mike Simpson, R-Idaho, (A bad day for the troops, and the country) admits that if Congress had been told the truth about Iraq it likely would not have voted to allow the administration to invade. We invaded another country on false pretenses, but now Rep. Simpson thinks that if we give up on these illusions the "terrorists" win? Now I think I get it. We know we were wrong, but if we admit we were wrong we lose.

Bad day for the troops, indeed.
