Cove Springs larger than that

Last week's article in the Express should not have stated that Cove Springs could add 338 units to the Bellevue Triangle area. Because each lot is permitted to have accessory dwelling units, this subdivision has a total build-out potential of 676 units. Let's put all the information on the table.
