How about this?

So let me get this straight. Blaine County wants to borrow $10.5 million against a $13.5 million price tag for a new jail/emergency communications facility in order to save $40,000 a year to house overflow inmates around southern Idaho. Leaving aside the obviously needed remodel and technical upgrades, that's 260 years to pay back the bond.

Let's take the cash on hand, remodel (adding a second floor) the current facility and create a compact state-of-the-art sheriff's office.

Please consider the above when you vote next week.
