This letter is for the memory of my friend, Ben Blachly. He was a great friend and a great teacher who taught me some great skills, like some life skills and chess skills that brought me more focus at school and in life. It can be hard in school and in the real world. It can be fun to have a friend just like Ben. I remember Ben had a great taste for music. I will always remember the first time when I shook hands with Ben. I met him in the BASE room at the Wood River High School. He looked me in the eye, gave me a firm handshake and made me feel important. I will always think about the lessons he taught me. You will be missed Ben, and you will be my friend always.
