Midgets place third at SLC tourney

The Sun Valley Midget U18 travel team placed third at the Best in the Southwest Hockey Tournament last weekend in Salt Lake City.

The Midgets went 2-2 in the five-team format.

Top scorers for the Midgets were Blake King with six points and Travis Amick, Max Kwok and Danny Ward with five each.

The Midgets next travel to Boise Jan. 27-28 for two practice games against the rival Boise team.
