Your recent story, "Who's your daddy", involving a litter of unplanned pups, was supposed to be light-hearted and comical. It was anything but that. In this day and age when it has become common practice to spay and neuter our pets, it seems this article is more disconcerting than newsworthy. Unplanned and irresponsible breeding is simply not funny, regardless if Darth Vader was the daddy or not, and certainly should not be condoned.
I also find no humor in allowing an expectant mom to be left in a car on a cold winter day, nor do I find humorous a newborn pup laying under the gas pedal on a very cold floor. Was this story truly comedy or tragedy?
