Ketchum P&Z special meeting Thursday

Ski Tour and condo project applications to be reviewed

The Ketchum Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, Dec. 28 on the application from Sun Valley Co. to locate on property they own near the Warm Springs base of Bald Mountain trailers, tents and other facilities for the Ski Tour event next month.

The P&Z will also review a rezone application pertaining to a condominium project adjacent to Trail Creek. The applicant, Stevenson Ketchum Fund LLC, is hoping to change the zoning from General Residential-Low Density to General Residential-High Density. The commission will also hold a public hearing on the project's preliminary plat.

The meeting begins at 12 noon in Ketchum City Hall.
