Drobizako and Vanagas headline Saturday ice show

Internationally renowned figure skating duo Margarita Drobizako and Povilas Vanagas make a return appearance to the Sun Valley Skating Center as the featured performers for Saturday's Sun Valley Ice Show.

The four-time Olympians, who returned to international competition this year after retiring in 2002, placed seventh at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Italy.

Competing together since 1992, the couple has a long list of other accomplishments, including eight first-place titles in Lithuania.

Drobizako, a Russian, and Vanagas, a Lithuanian, were married in 2000.

Now in its 70th season, the Sun Valley Ice Show will feature a host of international stars this year. Upcoming shows include 2006 Olympic gold medallist Evgeni Plushenko, who is scheduled to perform July 4, and Sasha Cohen, 2006 Olympic silver medallist, who is scheduled to perform Aug. 19.
