BC baseball wins Beanpot

Reynoso (3 hits) a factor

Patrolling Fenway Park's right field Tuesday night in a big college baseball game, Boston College junior Ryne Reynoso liked where he was.

Former Wood River High School star Reynoso (3-for-3) sparked BC's four-run second inning with an RBI double as the Eagles trounced Harvard 10-2 in the championship of the Beanpot tournament at the home of the Boston Red Sox.

Reynoso (.253) also had an important solo homer, his fourth of the season, on Wednesday afternoon as Boston College (23-20-1) rallied from a 7-3 deficit to beat UMass 11-10 in 12 innings at Shea Field in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
