?Fashions on Ice? back on the rink

Tonight at Sun Valley

A major fundraiser for the Sun Valley Figure Skating Club's Junior Skaters Development Fund will be staged tonight, Wednesday at the outdoor rink in Sun Valley.

The annual "Fashions on Ice," fundraiser is titled "Paradice Beach Fashion Show and Benefit Silent Auction." It starts at 5 p.m. tonight, Wednesday. Tickets at the gate are $5 per person.

It's noteworthy that all ages will participate in the fashion show—from the club's youngest skaters to its most experienced. Local merchants will donate the apparel they wear.

Complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be available after the show, during the auction.

Kids' activities include face painting and a special appearance by SpongeBob Squarepants leading hula lessons.

All proceeds benefit the SVFSC Junior Skaters Development Fund. The SVFSC is a non-profit organization.

Top auction items include:

A two-day guided fly fishing trip from Silver Creek Outfitters based in Ketchum;

A one-week Stay at a beautiful home on Orcas Island, Wash.;

A three-day stay at a deluxe three-bedroom cabin close to Redfish Lake north of Ketchum in the Sawtooth mountains;

Two nights at Rocky Mountain Ranch south of Stanley;

And golf for four at the Valley Club north of Hailey.
